“Las orquídeas recuerdan al fuego” was born from a dialogue with the landscape surrounding a home: a panoramic view where the trees of Paraguay stretch to the horizon.
In this encounter between humans and nature, without hierarchy, I constructed a forest on velvet. A red path winds through the branches, darkening and transforming. Each panel of the triptych embodies a stage: gestation, expansion, maturity.
In the texture, the flowers seem to sprout from the fabric. The nature seen from the window infiltrates the work, and the work, in turn, takes root in the space.
